The Floral Face Masks are handmade using upcycled textiles and locally produced in the studio in Odense // Denmark. Each mask is one of a kind since our plant prints cannot be duplicated.

The mask consists of 3 layers: the inner layer is made in offwhite cotton. In the middle there is a mask ILC 151 filter made of recycled polyester. The outer layer is a polyester/cotton mix that has an unique plant motif, which is a single edition floral print.

The mask is made in a standard "one size" model with adjustable elastic cords, which have small wooden beads. To adjust the mask, move the inner wooden bead back or forward to loosen or tighten the mask. It is important that the mask is tight in order to stay in its right position on the face when talking.

Can be machine washed at 60 degrees, but in a washing bag to protect and prolong the durability. Can also be hand washed and afterwards poured over with hot water to disinfect.

IMPORTANT!

Please note that textile is not an officially approved material to use for professional protective equipment, but is an alternative for common citizens instead of disposable face covers. Use is entirely your own responsibility! Please be aware of the rules of use of face covers in your own country.

Onesize may not fit all face types.

How to avoid "Maskne":

If you develop breakouts in your face from wearing a mask, you’re not alone. This condition, known as “maskne” (mask acne), is a common side effect of using a mask. It may result in skin issues including redness, bumpiness, and irritation. A mask also traps humidity due to your breathing and sweating, which may increase the risk of acne. Another possible cause is friction. The material of a face covering can rub against your skin, leading to irritation. Or you may be sensitive or allergic to the textile dye or material of your face covering.

A good advise is to clean your face often, change / wash the masks often, use a good moisturizer. Immediately stop using the mask is your skin develop a negative reaction - maybe change to a visor instead to let your skin in peace.
