IN GENERAL
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at vonlinnestudio@gmail.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police.
VON LINNÉ reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. VON LINNÉ holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
All prices include Danish vat (depending on product type 0% // 5% // 25 % VAT).

We accept all mayor credit - and debit cards Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Mobilepay (Denmark)
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured.
When using credit card you pay when we have shipped the goods from our studio. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point.
VON LINNÉ reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. VON LINNÉ can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
All prices are en Danish Kroner (DKK) and are included VAT (depending on product type 0% // 5% // 25 % VAT). Furthermore, it is not possible to VON LINNÉ to withdraw a larger amount than the approved amount.
All shipments are sent by either GLS, Postnord, DHL or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. Delays from the freight companies VON LINNÉ cannot be responsible for. Furthermore there may be longer delivery time during busy times, holidays etc.
The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, currency, VAT and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping country. You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority or local freight branch.
Estimated delivery time is 2-14 working days depending on shipping country. Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
We send packing with tracking, so you can trace parcel. Please check the content of the parcel by arrival to ensure no damage has happened during transport regarding to insurance. If the parcel/content is damaged please immediately contact the freight company and report the damaged good. Please be sure to have photo documentation of the packaging.
VON LINNÉ is not responsible for products that have been damaged during transportation. Please notice, that you hold responsibility for the product the moment it has been safely delivered to you. You are also responsible for the safe delivery of the product/parcel and its undamaged condition to us regarding an eventual return.
Danish law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns see https://www.forbrug.dk/english/ homepage for more information. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 14 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. Returns has to be send directly to our studio or showroom - and with parcel tracking. The shipping fee for return is to be paid by the costumer. You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. The amount will be transferred back to you the moment VON LINNÉ receives the parcel in perfect condition. Please notice that it may take up to 10 working days before the money is visible at your account. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact otherwise the full amount will not be refunded. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
There is a 2-year warranty on items purchased from VON LINNÉ, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This requires that the complaint is justified. According to The Purchase Act (in Danish Købeloven) it does not cover the right of complaint when errors, damage or wear and tear have occurred due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. The right of complaint only applies if you have a receipt for the item or invoice number on the associated order the complaint is about. Remember to save your invoice, it is valid as your proof of warranty. If you want to complain about an item, please send an email to: vonlinnestudio@gmail.com, where you write invoice no., Attach 2-3 pictures of the error / damage, and describe the error and how it occurred. VON LINNÉ will then process your inquiry as soon as possible and contact you. VON LINNÉ of course covers the shipping costs that may be associated with a complaint.
Also be aware that VON LINNÉ works entirely with discarded textiles from the Danish industry, and by adding the plant print it is a way of covering traces of use, giving quality materials a second chance. The fabric used is discarded textile in collaboration with Vraa Dampvaskeri, that has a huge passion for re-using quality textiles at the end of their life, instead of letting them go to waste and be burned. Now they are transformed from trash into slow luxury interior design. Therefore VON LINNÉs products will have smaller traces of use and they will not be seen as faulty. Please bear in mind that VON LINNÉ creates circular products, where we strive for reducing waste and therefore embrace imperfection. To purchase our products we expect you to adapt to these terms of buying products made of reused materials. that are handmade and imperfect.
For online shopping at VON LINNÉ we need the following information: full name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The personal information you forward to VON LINNÉ will only be used in order to fulfil the undertakings VON LINNÉ has and to assure you the best service. We treat all personal information as confidential and in accordance to the Personal Data Act (in Danish Persondataloven)
Credit cards information are encrypted via NETS with a SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). You can always check the padlock in your browser to see if you send securely.
