These cocktail napkins are single editions - made from discarded textiles and upcycled to this sustainable slow luxury product. Therefore small traces of use may occur - we embrace imperfection.

Each box represent one particular plant species visualized in 4 different variations as a kind of textile herbarium.

The original imprints are handmade, so there is only one particular piece. The sewing work is done at a danish sewing workshop, which is RSV certified (registreret socialøkonomisk virksomhed). The cardboard box is also locally produced by Bruunshaab Gamle Papfabrik and made of recycled news papers and old books.

Local plants have been carefully collected, dried, painted and then pressed directly on the fabric which leaves a very precise single edition imprint.

All cocktail napkins have an unique plant motif, which is handmade locally in the studio at Ulriksholm Slot near Kerteminde // Denmark; so there is exclusively one of each piece since the monoprint cannot be duplicated.

We work entirely with discarded textiles from the Danish industry, and by adding the plant print it is a way of covering traces of use, giving quality materials a second chance. The fabric used is discarded textile in collaboration with Vraa Dampvaskeri, that has a huge passion for re-using quality textiles at the end of their life, instead of letting them go to waste and be burned. Now they are transformed from trash into slow luxury interior design.

Please bear in mind that this is a circular product, where we strive for reducing waste and therefore embrace imperfection. Small flaws may therefore occur.

Can be both hand washed and machine washed at 30 degrees (up to 60 if needed). Can also be ironed with steam at a high temperature. The imprint will not fade at all and has a very high durability.
