VON LINNÉ is a new design company established in 2020, that creates slow luxury decor with handmade one of a kind Flora Danica 2.0 motifs on discarded textiles.

In the studio situated near Odense // Denmark circular design principles rule and artistic interior items like wall decor, table decor, cushions etc. are made with a zerowaste mindset. We are founded on sustainability.

We work entirely with discarded textiles from the Danish industry, and by adding the plant print it is a way of covering traces of use, giving quality materials a second chance.

The fabric used is wasted textiles from the Danish industry in collaboration with Vraa Dampvaskeri, that has a huge passion for re-using quality textiles at the end of their life, instead of letting them go to waste and be burned.

Now they are transformed from trash into slow luxury interior design.

A floral universe is our visual identity. We bring botanical motifs into a contemporary context using the single edition plant prints as a creative way of upcycling.

The studio has its own herbarium - a collection of local plants often found at places where wildgrowing plants are unwanted and seen as weed. Our aim is to present their beauty, hoping that we can change people´s perception and give Mother Nature more space.
